** While filling out, enter the TOPIC as "Problems with Purchase" ---> the SUB-TOPIC as "Payment Queries" ----> Explain briefly about the issue and Submit the form. NOTE: Along with above details, make sure to enter the Game Name correctly!
After sending the complaint, you will be receiving an automated email as acknowledgement. If you have not heard from them within 3 days, send a reply to that automated email you have received.

I checked in our system and saw that you play on an Android. Please contact Google Play Support if you have been incorrectly charged in your Google Play account.
If a purchase have been made without your consent and you haven't shared your device, haven't share you login details and your Google Play account is protected by a PIN-code that you haven't shared anyone, then contact then police and your bank to report the fraud.
