Hi, my fantastic five has not been working for over a week, it has just been sitting on 000 days and it didn't give me my winnings when we reached the win point.

Hi and welcome. This sounds like a job for the Support team. Folks in these parts can really only help you with gameplay and issues that aren't glitches or design related. If you've made sure you're running the most recent update and have done the Clear Cache & restart of your device you'll want to report it using the Contact Us link at the bottom of the screen. Give them details and they'll look into it then respond to you via email. If you get a canned answer back you can then reply to the email and you'll get a human to help you.

Then my only advice is to wait for the next update and see if that fixes it.
