I only play candy crush saga on my iPad. I don’t play through Facebook. All my progress was deleted this morning. I just passed level 4000. I had about 100 gold bars and the thing where you can buy gold bars and get 2 hours of play was full. I shutdown and opened my iPad multiple times. I went to see if my game was saved but when I logged in it was an old account that was at level 176. Apparently I never saved my current activity. Help!

Please connect the game with a facebook or Kingdom account then follow the next steps.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!
It's important that you choose "Problems with my game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic.
