I accidentally used my gold bars to continue playing a game because the screen popped up suddenly and my stylus was hovering (not touching) the screen right above the button and it automatically selected it. I wasn't even close to winning that game and did NOT want to use my bars to continue. There should be a confirmation box before it uses your resources to make sure you actually wanted to perform that action.
Please email Player Support and see if they can refund them.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email. When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days
