All my boosters ARE GONE!!!

Hello! I've been having problems with level 1126 (I've read comments here of people having the same problem so I think you are going to fix it as soon as possible) but, in order to try to fix that, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and when I retrieved my progress through Facebook, I realized that all my previous boosters WERE COMPLETELY GONE... Please I want them back!!!! What can I do???? Please somebody help me. I had a lot of them...

Yes, it is store on device. So when u uninstall, it will be gone ...

What? What if I ever wanna change my phone? There was never a message from them telling me this. That is wrong.. what if I paid for them? I thought they were linked to my account. But thanks so much for your answer!

Then you're SOL (read this); & the reasons given are complete rubbish, they prefer you to buy.

But if you actually bought something thru there (hope you didn't), click here & provide all details; purchase history goes back three months.

The gist of it is that policy could be changed, but don't hold your breath on it; so don't uninstall...
