Says no moves available when color bomb and keys could be matched

So my mom plays this game and she is at level 4500+. She informed me about a bug in the game. The bug is that if no valid color tiles moves are available but color bomb and key combo is available to swap, it still says no moves available and reshuffles. This shouldn't happen as key + color bomb is possible.
If it is the case, can this be rectified?
