It is not possible to transfer the game from one Facebook account to a new one.
We are able to manually restore the levels to the same level though so you can continue from the same level on your new account.
Are you playing on Facebook on a computer or on mobile with the game Facebook connected?

First make sure the game is connected to your new Facebook account that you want to use in the game.
Then email Player Support directly from the game so they can restore the levels manually to the same level.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on and let them know the email on your old account!
