candy crush not loading on windows 10 with a

with a q9650 and a gtx560ti. this computer can play fallout 4 and more just fine. why will it not play candy crush ?
this is a clean install of windows and all. just stays on the king screen and that is it

I think your operating system auto update is set, so you are experiencing this problem. Since you have Fresh boot installed, you have updates in the background that cause your PC to run very slow. I can assure you that you will not get such problem after 24 hours.
I always use Update Assistant to avoid such issues.
You can wait a bit or complete the update with Update Assistant.
No problem with your PC or game app.

dude im not computer stuped. my pc is fully uptodate. the problem is not with windows update it did this even before i had to reinstall
