Hello @jcarrillo1110 and welcome to the wonderful King Community. I am sorry you are having this problem with Candy Crush Saga. I have sometimes had a similar problem, but usually if I just restart the device that has me at a lower level - then both platforms will sync. However I am playing just on Apple products.
Make sure both platforms have up to date software for the app and clear your cache, then restart both devices (wait at least 15 seconds) and see if that fixes the problem. If you still have problems - please comment below.
