I am very sorry to hear that you have not received the items that you have purchased!!
Sometimes, it might take a bit for our purchased items to show up in our game(s) due to weak Internet Connection OR server issues on King side, etc., reasons!!
So, always try this step first ---> Force close your App ---> Turn off Internet ---> Shutdown your device and restart it after few minutes (we are just rebooting our system)! Now log back into the Internet and open the game and see if you find your Gold Bars in your game.
