Hi. I was over level 2500 when I logged out. When I logged back on I was at -#1. I lost all my levels. Plus, I went to FB and it’s not there either. However, I know my levels are saved everyday I play. Confused

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!
First of all, I need you do one thing for me... go to the "Profile" (through Settings icon) and check the name posted there. And also, see if the profile picture is same as yours or not AND may be take a screenshot and post here?
Can you please do that and post back? You can simply type in the Comment box given below to reply back. And to post the screenshot, tap on the 2nd icon that is located in the bottom left corner of the Comment box.
