Losing boosters

I'm so tired of losing my boosters when I leave the game when I'm done playing I buy Google play cards to buy myself boosters and when I'm done playing in the evening I have like 5 or 6 lolipops and 3 or 4 hand swaps and 1 flying saucer but when I return the next day I have 2or 2 lolipops missing and the same with my other boosters and I'm getting tired of it , at first I thought I was losing my mind so I kept a log book and I wasn't losing my mind , so for someone who spends lots of money on candy crush and not for my boosters to keep coming up short , I'm about to find another game to play that's not from Google play store cause I'm scared it will happen again and for the record I live alone I'm 58 and Im the only one who plays or gets on my device. Thanks for listening and please help I'm tired of losing what l pay for or earn..Angela aka india

I understand if you feel disappointed over keeping losing the Booster that you purchase and store for later use.

The Boosters can at times be lost because of tech issues, but if this happens frequently, something is wrong in your game.

Please email Player Support so they can check up what goes wrong and also replace all lost Boosters.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
