I don't have unlimited lives offered by Coronavirus

Hi. I am from Chile and we are in total quarantine for the Coronavirus and I am unable to obtain unlimited lives. I play from my iPhone 6, recently updated, with the latest version of the game. I am a fanatic and I love to play. It is possible that they do something to fix it since I see that several users also have the same problem. Thank you

Hello @Ingrid83 and welcome to our wonderful King Community! Right now I believe the unlimited lives are only being offered in several European countries but there has been some talk about expanding it. I will check tomorrow when everyone is 'back at work (working form home) and see if additional countries have been added.
