I recently reconnected my CandyCrush app with my Facebook account. Unlike previous occasions when my levels (more than 2,000) got restored, this time I lost everything. Please help me regain my levels.

One suggestion I have would be to download the app from the App Store and try signing in with your email address.

Hello @Philipeano and welcome to our wonderful King Community! I'm sorry to hear that happened but Customer support should be able to help you restore your lost levels.
You can contact Player Support directly from a mobile device (this way support will have all the details needed to help), all you need to do is:
- Open the game app
- Select the cogwheel
- Tap on the? mark
- Tap on "I need help with lost progress"
- Scroll down to the bottom and hit "Contact Us"
If you are playing on a PC then you can contact them thru the "Contact US" at the bottom of this page.
When you fill out the form make sure you select "Problems with my game" and then on the second drop down click on "Game didn't save". This will alert the support staff you are having a problem with your game progress and someone should get back with you. Make sure you also explain what happened in the comment area.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!

End game directly once moves running out, I cannot use the gold to buy more moves to clear level suddenly. Thanks
