I have forced stop, deleted and reloaded and I'm still not getting them. my wife has it, and she even gets the videos for bonuses and I don't. I'm on level 1388 and I'm getting ready to quit.
Well, that's crummy. I've tried everything too, without success. Weirdly, I am on level 1378. I guess the 1300s are unlucky?! Odd. Well, if I find out anything that works, I'll share here.
