If you still do not get the offer, it may mean that your game has a connection problem.
Force close the app and restart the device and hopefully the Lives will get added correctly later today.

All i can suggest is you use contact us at bottom of the page and contact King . You will need you king ID. You will find king ID when you go to sign out , just above your picture or avatar should be a king sign click on this and it will give you your ID. Will be displayed in numbers
