• Update to the latest version of the game needed.
• The Unlimited Lives offer is available to those who play on mobile devices
• The Unlimited Lives are accessible only on one device, if you have two devices connected to the same game profile.
• You can enjoy the Unlimited Lives offer while playing offline, but will need to connect to receive them.
• If you’re a new player, Unlimited Lives will begin on the 2nd day of gameplay.
• The Unlimited Lives offer is valid only for players who have been active in the past 365 days.

Also, please note that Asia-Pacific countries, the Unlimited lives might be arriving tomorrow at around 9:00 am CEST.

Yes I that’s what I meant. I did all that, still nothing? So I hope tomorrow.. I play on mobile, have only one device and play for a long time so idk..

yes top bit says patience being rolled out bit by bit and maybe tomorrow at 9am CEST. also try restarting your mobile

Hi Kiara! I saw them this morning. I played for some time and then my app crashed. I had to login again and then saw the lives disappear

Currently Free Lives will be available to everyone but there are a few rules for that.

Your game app needs to be the latest version.

Offer can be obtained on mobile device only.If the same game is active on multiple devices, You'll get the offer on the device where you will first launch the game.

Offer will be available only if the game is online; it is not possible to get the offer if the game is offline.

If you still do not get the offer, it may mean that your game has a connection problem.

Force close the app and restart the device and hopefully the Lives will get added correctly later today.
