My account has not been connecting for 2 weeks. And connected to the Internet it has not let me get

I've been playing this game for many years I'm at level 4090 and for the last 2 weeks my account has not worked. I can play but I cannot get anything free by anything and it keeps saying I need to connect to the Internet that I am connected to the Internet. I tried to sign in and it looks like it's trying to start me from the beginning

    Somehow my account got mixed up with my work email and work payment. When I tried to change it now it won't connect at all
