Hey there, here's a video for this level.
Haven't personally gotten to this point at the moment, but probably would have if it weren't for some recent & very popular changes to the game; you might have heard about 'em.
Wouldn't blame anybody for quitting at this point, seems like King want players at these higher levels to pay to stay there...

@lnd1st afraid this is the direction the game as gone at present and you are going to find the game more frustrating day by day. I completed this level with no boosters, but you are right it needs a lucky board to do it had to try many many times. So yes possible but you need patience of a saint. Hoping King see error of there ways and get some new features out or think there will be more than you wanting to quit
