Every game I have on my android connects perfectly except king games. Won't connect to FB, Wont load up mail, wont load up gold bars or store to buy anything, wont load wheel or videos. Game is up to date. Have uninstalled and reinstalled. Have cleared cache etc on Google play, none of the solutions posted have resolved this issue...actually they made it worse bc the wheel use to load sometimes now it wont at all, and the videos use to play to get free boosters but that has completely stopped now.
I have perfect internet connection. I've used wifi and mobile data both separately and to gather. This is the same basic trouble shooting thing yall have sent to everyone and it DOES NOT WORK.
Internet is fine, I've already uninstalled reinstalled game and FB, cleared cache, everything is updated...
Hi @plynn1519 I think there is no problem with your game. The problem is reported in your third screenshot, but if you uninstall app, the problem will be fixed.
Since you already uninstalled but did not find a solution, the root cause of this problem is slow internet.
You may have repeatedly tried to log in, so you received an error message.
For example, I'm using Personal High Speed Cable Net 😂
Could not log in last 24 hours, I reached the correct level a few hours ago.
May I tell you to wait another 24 hours?

Still not working. I've tried different APN's and nothing is working. And why does ALL other games I have work perfect except KING games. CSR2 LOST etc work fine and I know they require a lot better internet connecting than these games...also these generic answers yall give is really poor customer service. I've saw numerous posts to other people (some having same problem as me) with identical responses by yall.
Have u try restart ur phone? Issue from ur screenshots r internet connection ... so it mean u do not have stable connection ... the game does take up a few seconds to check ur connection. So u need to wait n see how the wifi signal is. In ur case, NO GOOD.
so what is ur speed of ur connection???
You can check again through app reinstall but you will lose the stored boosters. When everything will be normal, follow the steps below.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
If you can get some refunds, try it.😎
My connection speed is 60 mbps, I've already done both these solution to the issue and it has not fixed it...I mentioned this in the first place. And yet again these soluyions/comments yall are giving are just templates that's been copied and pasted...please have someone besides yall contact me!!!
