Problem signing in to my king account

Hi there

I have just created my account on king and about 5 min later i tred to log into my account and got an error saying that my email and password dont match. I then created another acccount and when i opened my game it started at level 1. I was over a 1000 levels already. How do i get my levels back please.

you need to sign into original king account. just put in your king account ID/email and press forgot password. It will take you to reset link. It will only sync one user account not multiple

Please email Player Support to get your levels back if you cannot access the first account where your game is saved on.

Go to the game's Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email.
