Candy Crush progress gone after Facebook disabled my account.

I was synchronizing my Candy Crush progress using Facebook account for many years and was on approximately level 4100. Facebook has disabled that account. I am able to download from Facebook of all my info from that account but cannot use it to bring to a new Facebook account. My new Facebook account I now linked to Candy Crush, but I'm back to level 1. Is there a way to recover my progress of levels or do I have to start over?

    Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your new account.

    Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on! 

    It's important that you choose "Problems with my game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic.
