I know there was a glitch that was supposedly fixed April 8 or 9, but I still cannot play. I have even uninstalled and then re-installed the app to no avail. Every time I hit play, I get the oops message that there aren't enough orders before I can even begin to play. I still have 35 gold bars, but can no longer play the game since I can't advance. How do I get a refund of the remaining bars?
R u a phone user ? Try on phone ?
My iphone is way behind on levels and this one isn't on there yet. I can only use the app on my computer to get updated levels.
Hello @cobwellac - do you still want your gold refunded? Did you purchase the gold? As mentioned in the other thread you wrote in - this is a glitch that has been reported to the studio and they are working on it. Hopefully it will be fixed soon and you will be able to continue to advance in the game soon.
Thanks for the update. I did purchase the gold as part of the Spring Special. I'd like it refunded if they can't fix the glitch.
