I won four items in lucky beans, I pressed claim but never received them.

Hi @juliemoulton sorry you didn't receive your rewards, but think as they are a free gift there is not much that can be done. If you had screenshots of this they maybe able to help but not sure on that. Tagged a superstar so they can check is there are any bugs with this
