For the past month, I've been having issues. In Candy Crush my calendar won't go past the first day and I play every day. Plus none of the "Power Ups" o "Events" options show up at the beginning before I even start to play. I've been playing level 1669 for over two weeks, and there is no way I can get 50 green candies because 50 never show up. I've really been having issues with this game for a while. Please help.

You save the Facebook login to browser then bookmark the page. When you open the game with bookmark, the Treat calendar will work properly.

However, you will find the fun events menu only when the game is regular.

first thing to try is make sure game is up to date and on latest version, sign out restart your devide and sign back in see if you still get the same problems.

if using an internet browser clear the cache as well to beginning of time

With regards to "events popping up a bit later" -- I am not sure why, but it is always the same when we are playing on a PC. If we are playing on mobile device, certain events like "Space Race", will pop-up only after playing a level.

I am sorry to hear that you are stuck in level # 1669 for a while now!! Let me check that level to see what could be the issue, and get back to you with any suggestions / tips I can come up with!

I've always played Candy Crush through Facebook. I don't know what else it could be. Do I need to go through KING instead? I have tried to close out and shut down all together with no difference.

These problems occur when playing through a browser because it is an online platform. They come back after playing a few levels.

@joannes have you cleared cache / history to beginning of time. normally if playing through a browser this sorts most problems.also some browsers are stopping flash player check this is working as also stops game loading
