@bellabrown Hi and welcome . If you have the same problem you will need to create a new kin account and post the game ID and level you were on and @Crazy Cat Lad will restore the new account so you have the correct level

@Crazy Cat Lad will I be able to have my boosters as well?

@bellabrown The Boosters cannot be transferred between account, but if you had any purchased Boosters on your old account, we can send them to your new game.
