Hello @SheffyPuri and welcome to our wonderful King Community. Unfortunately any saved boosters and lives are stored locally on your device. That is why if you play on several different devices, your boosters and lives don't transfer from one to the other. Only your actual purchases and your progress (as long as you on FB or King.com) will be stored on the King servers.
So if you switch to a new device or de-install or re-install the app for some reason, all saved booster will be lost and cannot be retrieved. This is also why we try to warn players that if they reinstall the app - any saved boosters and lives will be lost.
