Why can I not save preferences for receiving emails

Hello @SMB43 and welcome to our wonderful Community. You get to do additional things in the community as your level increases. After 5 posts you get to level 2 and you can send PMs.
Once you are level two - see if you can save your notification preferences.
Click on the Gear / Cog Wheel icon that is located in the top right corner of this page ---> Click on "Edit Profile" option from the drop-down menu ---> Select "Notification Preferences" from the right side pane options ---> then select when you want to be notified and how (email and/or popup).
