Why don’t I get the same bonuses that my family and friends do? Why haven’t I gotten unlimited lives, again? Why have I stopped getting the ballon that offers ads in return for boosters? Why does my wife start off her day with six lives and the possibility of a bonus wheel for more?
Why is King making me play Candy Crush with one hand tied behind my back?

Please refresh your game and clear the cache and restart. The boosters are random, so is the balloon again. You should still have unlimited life. Please be patient.

Hi!
Please go to your Settings app notifications and see if you have the new update. You empty cache under memory. If this is always done, fewer mistakes can occur.

I have the most recent update, but I still don’t know where to empty the cache. Is that a setting in the Candy Crush app or IOS 13?

In your app notification Candy Crush - memory. It says clear cache.

Yes, you are in the game and that is wrong.
Please close the game and go to your device under Settings - App - App Notifications.

Hmm, this doesn’t seem right either. But it’s the only Notifications section I can find in IOS 13.
If I allow notifications, I get this. Still can’t find memory or clear cache.
In fact, if I google clearing cache on IOS 13, noting of note comes up.

Hi @braimar and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 You can clear the cache on iPhone by force closing the app or by turning the device off and on.
