Why I am only not get any bonus offer or booster or extra moves , even though I have golds ????😠😬

My mobile data network is very well . I can see videos , listen music , download anything. Still ,😠😬😥😧 when it comes take extra moves or boosters , it shows me this .......

It is going for a week . Before that, it was giving offer as it gives to everybody . Why this app is doinh with me like this , I don't know ..😑😕 nobody wants to lose a level for 1 move , when i can buy extra moves. But for me , I am unlucky ,for loosing a level in the need of just move , after trying it 10 times . It is just because of not getting extra moves !! 😠😬😡 I have got frustrated !!!! 😧😫😫

U can use Google to check ur wifi and data speed ...

and restart ur device, update to latest version

and do check that u have more than 2GB of memory left ...

Seems like you've got issues similar to players in another thread; it's allegedly being worked on, so take that for whatever it's worth.

But post your game ID over there & someone should get back to you on that...
