Why do you reward a committed dedicated player 35 hours free playtime but you DO NOTvalloe the player to move to the next level. I’m already furloughed, unrmployed and need this disease to end; yet you offer 24 hours to play to TAUNT me WORST than the Federal Govt. Sad!! I pray all of you are receiving a paycheck from your your work. I’ve been furloughed and I am not. Thank you for giving me free 24 hours not to advance to the next level.

R u at the last level and waiting for new levels??? If waiting for new lvls seem too long for u, u can try other king games ...
else try to screenshot ur error msg y u cannot move to next lvl ...

I already answered your post here.
However, all levels need to be completed to be able to move on the the next one. It's the same for all players.
If you feel so frustrated over the game, maybe take a break and meditate or something?
