No party rush reward

I just finished playing 30 levels, but haven’t received my reward that was just announced as a promotion. It did not say they had to be newly played levels, so I don’t know why I haven’t been given the reward.

Not sure what you need from me to check on this, but please advise.

@Shannan_Genest yeah, the message doesn't specify about the levels but likely they want new levels completed, as usual. as Freddy said.

anyway the message I got in my device said "pass 30 levels today to win 1 party booster tomorrow. promotion ends midnight CEST" so maybe you'll still win if you check tomorrow.

The message say to pass 30 levels which means to complete 30 new levels. Old levels are already passed before.

Problem is I have no new levels to play until they release more today 🤪

Thanks all! I didn’t realize I was posting in the forum for all to see but thought I was emailing support, but thanks for the info. It makes sense, but it could have been clearer.... Wouldn’t have taken the time in hopes of earning the reward, much as it would have been cool to pass 30 new levels and gotten it that way. I just can’t pass them that fast and am still working, so have my hands full. Oh well.
