Hi @Hayes1988 if these were free gold bars there is not much that can be done, although there is and idea in the ideas section about having a confirm notification on that needs voting up.If they were purchased you may be able complain to the support team through your game app or at bottom of page on contact us but do not know how you would get on with this as community does not deal with purchases
