Gold Bars Missing

Hi,

When I logged in the other day my gold bars and 50 ranking were no longer there. I am still at level 1357, but because of the reset I am only at a 1 ranking (it would be impossible to get this far with that ranking). What can I do? Thanks for the help

Hi, Gold bars are stored on kings servers so contact them with info below. Not sure how you can sort ranking but have you tried the normal latest update and restart device to see if it helps

If you play on mobile, then please email Player Support directly from the game.

When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
