No free spins since buying boosters
Hi, I bought gold bars and boosters once and now since then I don't get any free spins after losing a level to try get more lives. I use to get a free spin after each failed level. I also don't get any of the lives that people send me. It is as if it is just frozen in the game. Why is that? I can only get boosters or spins now if I pay.

@JaneBotha first thing to try would be make sure your app is up to date and log out , restart your device and log back in, see if this sorts your problem. if you are playing via facebook also clear your browser cache / history.

Free spins after losing a level used to be there all the time, now you get one free one if you’re lucky but then it goes back to having to pay for it with gold bars, etc. No fun anymore!

Extra Spin is in the Test Group so we cannot say for sure that you will always find this feature.
However, in some cases the future may be missing for temporary problems.
Keep playing the game, you can get the future back again.
