Map not showing new levels; can only access through events (Fast Race or Build a bot)

I just completed level 6920. I receive about 3 new episodes (about 15 levels each) every Wednesday. For the past three weeks or so, my map does not show the new levels. But if I go to Events - Build a bot or Fast Race, I can access the levels. This is how I have played recently. This is the same on both my devices (iPad, iPhone). I have reached out to Help/Support four times - no response/help. The levels will eventually show on the map after I have completed them.

Also - If I click the icon at the top of the screen to go to the current level on my map - it doesn’t work. Nothing happens. This problem started at about the same time.
