I still have no help on clearing my mail..I have 70 people requesting lives and it wont allow me to says invalid access tokens...anyone?

By following the steps below, you can get rid of notifications regarding live requests.

This option is for notification only, so there will be no problem with Lives Exchange.

Open Facebook Setting - Notifications - Other Notifications - Turn Off.

This is the best way.😊
