since past 2 weeks, I experienced the following issues with my account when I play:
1- Fantastic Five is stopped at 00d 00h 00min and never restart
2- Daily win disappear for unknown reason no matter Imhow many new levels passed everyday
3- Build-my-bot got downgraded
to 4 tiers only, it used to be 5 tier
Please refer to the attached screen capture for yr reference.
I dis try ti fix the above issues by logout/restart/login but no use! I tried in 3 different devices and got the same issue: ipad pro, iphone xs max, iphone 6s plus.
I also checked my setting and confirm that fantastic five is checked.
please help, this is really frustrating now!!
1st problem seen a few people with this and not sure on what the problem is at present, but check your game is up to date, sign out and restart your device. see if this helps with the problem if not try disconnecting your wifi and then reconnecting
2nd this has happened to many people this week and is being looked into. there is no information at the moment
3rd build a bot has been updated so now has 3 level for most and only works on present levels. it will not work on previous levels. there are two other tests groups 4 levels which looks like you have and 5 levels which some people have, but these are test groups at present

Thanks for yr prompt reply, in specific, for (1), I did the followings:
logout, quit app, power down/up device, start game, re-logon
however, fantastic five still got stuck at 00d 00h 00min !!
please let me know if there is a “sequence” that I can follow to rectify fantastic five issue.
At the same time, I also confirm that game app is up to date.....
@Sukanta_Biswas @kiara_wael is there ant info regarding the F5 feature being stuck at zero for many people
My friend @Freddy_Falkner has already given you the right information.
If you're reading this, it's likely you noticed that you're either not able to open the Fantastic Five feature from the Power Up's menu, or you're seeing the countdown timer is stuck at 00:00.
You can see where the Fantastic Five feature is shown in the image below:
There isn't anything going astray within your game, however, there is something which is affecting this countdown display which is managed on our side. We wanted to reassure you that although the counter display isn't working, the points you're winning are still being collected, and you can be confident you'll still be receiving your due rewards if your team reaches any prize milestone.
Our Studio is closely investigating and working on adding a fix. We'll do our best to get this back on track as soon as we can!
