Hello, I want yo know how can I export My progress to My new phone, I'm writing from My old phone where I started to play Candy Crush Saga. I'm already at level 512, have got 64 golds, and also these boosters: 73 bombs of color, 17 lollipops, 41 wraped & striped candies, 38 coconut wheels, 15 free moves, 29 jelly fishes, 10 lucky candies, 17 ovnis, 1 striped brush, and 3 festive boosters.
When I log in at My new phone with My Facebook account, all My gold and boosters dissapear.
What can I do yo keep playing without losing My progress of gold and boosters and My new phone?

@EmilioRyouta If you change phones you will lose your boosters as they are stored on the device itself, but you should keep levels and gold bars. Best to use your old phone till boosters are depleted

We warmly welcome you to the Friendly King Community's Candy Crush Saga forum.
In the case Phone, your collected booster is stored in phone memory. This stored booster can not be synced with the server, because the game studio still does not have this process.You will not be able to transfer the boosters to another device.
Since the gold bars and levels are synced to the server, you can move the game progress to another device, as well as the gold bars.

@EmilioRyouta If you paid for any of the boosters such as the 3 party boosters, I believe you may be able to claim those back through customer support. I'm tagging @Crazy Cat Lad who is more clued up than me in these matters.

He hasn't lost boosters, old devices still have boosters.😉

Check here how to transfer over the levels and Gold Bars.
Boosters though are saved directly on the device and cannot be synced the same way. If you had any purchased Boosters on your old device, email Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center so they can resend them to your new phone.
Please note that free Boosters cannot be resent or compensated, but you can still use them in the game on your old device.
