When I try to login using the "Continue with Facebook" option, I had to enter my Facebook details, but after that the screen just went dark a little bit and then returned to normal, but staying at the screen with the "Sign up with Email" and "Continue with Facebook" options. Clicking on "Continue with Facebook" from this point on, just makes the screen go dark for a bit before returning to normal.
I have tried to login with Facebook on 3 different platforms with similar results - Android phone, iPad and the Windows 10 app from the Microsoft Store.
I have gone to facebook.com/settings?tab=applications§ion=active, and checked if Candy Crush Saga is in there, it isn't in any of the tabs.
Logging into Candy Crush Soda Saga with Facebook works completely fine, but I just cannot log into regular Candy Crush Saga no matter what I try (other than using the king.com account).

That link you provided was quite helpful, but didn't solve my problem unfortunately.
For Android, I've tried all the steps including reinstalling the game and uninstalling Facebook. Uninstalling Facebook at least made the Facebook login modal appear when I click "Continue with Facebook", but after entering in my details it just closes and nothing happens.
The windows 10 app instructions don't appear to have anything to do with Facebook login. I don't have any issues running the game, and it works fine with the king.com login.
I'm not sure what else to try at this point. It seems like either an issue with the app, the servers, or my Facebook account.
It's just odd that everything works fine with the other Candy Crush variants. Have there been no bugs reported for the Facebook login recently? Perhaps something has changed with the permissions?

I can see that you have removed Candy Crush Sage Game from Facebook or it has expired.
Check this steps.
Or go to Facebook setting - Apps & Websites - Expired list / Removed List - Renew access.

I think you misunderstood what I was trying to show in the pictures.
The point is that Candy Crush Saga has never been connected to my Facebook account, so it does not appear in Expired or Removed.
Notice that I searched for "candy" and the only thing that shows up is Soda. If it was under the expired list, it would've showed up when I did that search.

Thanks @sukant@Sukanta_Biswas, I've just completed Level 1 and tried to login by clicking My Profile and then clicking "Continue with Facebook", but the result is the same.
This can be a temporary problem but you keep playing the game.
You can check again a few hours later.😊
Thanks, but I've been trying this for days without success. I have been playing on a king.com account, but would like to connect via Facebook.
I have already enabled the sync via the king.com website - could this be causing problems? Under "Score and progression sync", it says "You have already synced your progress."
Just to isolate the issue, I have created a new Facebook account and tried to login with that - and that worked successfully. So the issue seems to be with my particular Facebook account, but I have already triple checked that the app isn't connected to Facebook or expired.
