Level 6404 bug?

I’ve noticed on all the videos posted online the keys on this level are unencumbered on the conveyor belt. The version I am getting the keys are in a cage. Is this a bug? There is no way to get all three keys before the bomb goes off. Help please!

Level 6404
This level has hard difficulty. For this level try to play from middle part of the board and make special candy. Combine them with each other and play near to blockers to break them more waffle blockers.
Keep trying , hope you get a lucky board
