Help with Level 4186

What’s the trick to get through 4186?

I’ve just been going through the motions for two days now hoping to get lucky.

The closest I’ve gotten is six yellow candies away from completion.

watch a youtube video of the level.... might get you closer to completing the level... if close and you have boosters to spare, use them

Yep, just look at the video (one of the most recent posted) & see how that player did it; YMMV.

And it's actually been nerfed since then; 20 yellows were required, now it's 16...

Level 4186

This level has hard difficulty. For this level try to play from bottom to shuffle the candies to get more chance to make special candy. Try to make more striped candy to break the corner mastery candy to get more yellow candy. Use same technique to break the yellow candies.

I got through it.

I selected all boosters to start, and then the board gave me many opportunities to make color bombs that I could use to turn checked candies into yellow.

One thing I learned on this board, it wasn’t helpful to combine color bombs with wrapped or stripped candies.
