Why do new levels come late? And how can we get free gold bars

I am at 7009 level I have to wait for a week for new levels.. I don't like waiting for new levels

A few reasons:

First, if you play on iOS or Android, then levels will be tested on W10 before you.

Even then when they are released they change around frequently, like adjusting moves and obstacles.

Lastly, King needs ideas! They have to frequently think of fresh thoughts and design ingenious levels.

As for free gold bars, you have to speed through levels as quickly as possible. Win 5 gold bars that way!
