Why is level 3319 impossible to solve?

Can’t purchase boosters right now. I have been able to collect all ingredients and clear all jellies except one. I’ve watched Suzy Fuller. Have played at least 100 times.

This level has hard difficulty. For this level try to play near to cake and make special candy. Combine them with each other or play near to ingredients to move them and take them out from the board.
