Connecting to the game

i am on the giffgaff network and can no longer log on to any of your games. Not only candy crush but also Alphabetty, shuffle cats and diamond digger so I am missing out on prizes and special features etc. Whenever I click the connect button it comes up with an error message I shall attach a picture.

I have checked with my network and there is t a problem, please someone help me !

The problem has already been Reported and work is under way to fix it.

By reinstalling the application you will now get the solution but you will lose all stored boosters.

@Freddy_Falkner thank you for he reply. I did try this with shuffle cats and still no luck. Do you have any ideas as to when the problem could be rectified ??

@emmalee85 ongoing problem i think only thing i have seen regarding a fix is the post above. .Have you tried disconnecting from Facebook and restarting your device and then tying to sign in

@Freddy_Falkner I can sign in I get the error message when I press connect

Are you sure you uninstalled the app?

Perhaps you are still using the older version.😉
