Hello @pattyAmedley and welcome to our wonderful King Community. There can occasionally be a glitch with a level that is an order level where when you open the level to play - it immediately comes back with "oops - you do not have enough orders" and so you lose the level without even playing.
I thought they had fixed the current levels where this was the problem. Can you please tell us which level you are experiencing this with and post a screen shot if possible?
