You have to choose and play all 4 colors and when you have earned and filled everything you will get the reward and you will find it in the inventory. If you go to your rank.

@jeffbusarow you could try contacting customer services from you game or contact us at bottom of page. you never know your luck.

In mean time Check game is up to date sign out and restart your device. log back,. If using Facebook also clear your browser history in see if this resolves your problem
