Would be of great help if you posted what I will list for you below:
This saves you time on posting, along with informing the Staff here. So they can in turn either solve the issue, or report it to King Support. The more details you give, the easier it is to fix.
What is my User ID and where can I find it?
This helps you on finding the issue with King, or refunding if it is due you. King Support handles money / refunding issues.
Also, your User ID#, is the same on every King Game you play.
Here is a guess on what I think your issue is. This happened to me, but I am on "Win 10 - Desktop App".
See those 2 Piggy Banks on the right? Had it for some time, had to close the game to get rid of it, but on reopening it up, I lost some gold. It doesn't happen now, in fact can't remember the last time it happened. Because games, software, can get buggy on you. Why there is a endless effort to try to fix things. Then there are other things like server issues, etc...
I will tag some people for you, since I am again guessing you are using wifi & a device attached to it. I don't use them on gaming.
