Getting the gold bar

I am not getting the gold bar after clearing the levels that I play on candy crush, where as when I play on my mother's mobile, she gets the gold bar after winning certain levels.

Gold bars are coming when u clear the episode 1st 2nd or third among ur fellow members.

Others dont get any gold bars.

 If you play on a mobile device and are in the help center search for buy & gold bars. if you can't solve it, send an email from there. When you get the automatic Emaoil, answer it. It is important to pick them up. If you don't get an answer, send the same email again after 3 days. Good luck
