This could be a problem if your game app is not up to date or if your game is not fully connected to the server.

Even slow internet is one of the causes of this problem.

Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

I am also having problems getting rewards. It's also having problems logging in with Facebook.

@SpiderLady it would help if you had screenshot of your log in problem and description of what rewards you are not getting

My app is up to date. I have tried everything that was mentioned. But it's still not letting me have the rewards.

Can you post a screenshot of your graph as there is a problem with this they are trying to fix where its saying you should be getting your reward but when you add points up it does not match 7000. if this is the case you will get your reward but when the score is reached. you have to ignore the graph

It looks like other people are also having a problem logging in. Could it be a problem with Facebook? I didn't get the last Rewards.
